"The Product Owner should attend regularly" is the only true statement. The other two are completely false.

1. Product Value Maximizer: The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the product that the Scrum Team is developing. This means that the Product Owner must have a clear understanding of the business objectives and stakeholder needs, and must make decisions about what features or functionality to prioritize in the product backlog to ensure that the team is delivering the most value possible.
2. Lead Facilitator of Key Stakeholder Involvement: The Product Owner is the primary point of contact between the Scrum Team and stakeholders. As such, the Product Owner must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, gather their feedback, and incorporate it into the product backlog. The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring that stakeholders are involved in the development process and that their needs are being met.
3. Product Marketplace Expert: The Product Owner must have a deep understanding of the market in which the product will be sold or used. This includes knowledge of competitors, customer needs, and emerging trends. The Product Owner uses this knowledge to make informed decisions about the features and functionality to include in the product backlog, as well as to prioritize those items for development.

By fulfilling these three roles, the Product Owner is able to effectively lead the Scrum Team in developing a product that meets the needs of the business and stakeholders, while also maximizing the value that the product provides. The Product Owner plays a critical role in ensuring that the product backlog is always aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the project, and that the Scrum Team is delivering value to the business in an efficient and effective manner.

The Daily Scrum is an internal meeting for the Developers. If others are present, the Scrum Master ensures that they do not disrupt the meeting.

Note: The Daily Scrum is an internal meeting to the Developers. Therefore, the Product Owner and the Scrum Master may ATTEND the Daily Scrum as silent observers but they cannot actively PARTICIPATE in the Daily Scrum.

The Sprint Backlog is a plan by and for the Developers. It is a highly visible, real-time picture of the work that the Developers plan to accomplish during the Sprint in order to achieve the Sprint Goal. Consequently, the Sprint Backlog is updated throughout the Sprint as more is learned. It should have enough detail that they can inspect their progress in the Daily Scrum. "

Scrum Teams are cross-functional, meaning the members have all the skills necessary to create value each Sprint. They are also self-managing, meaning they internally decide who does what, when, and how.

By having a diverse set of skills and perspectives within the Scrum Team, they can collaborate more effectively, solve problems more efficiently, and deliver higher-quality work.

In contrast, a non-cross-functional team may lack the necessary expertise to complete all aspects of the work required to deliver a potentially releasable product increment. This can lead to delays, rework, and lower quality work.
